I have just uploaded a file. It is one of several diagrams I have
put together for my studies. It shows the relationships of the
various programs and file formats needed to go from concept to part.

The top part of each shap explains the software in generic terms.
The bottom part of the software lists the specific product I am
currently using for this purpose.

As I get back into the swing of learning more about CAD/CAM/CNC, I
will document and share my experiences.

I hope that these may be of help to anyone who may be starting out.
